Res_MixTeam1_Courchevel

On Monday we are leaving to Courchevel in France for some summer GP. This will be the first summer GP for girls ever, and also the first mixed team competition ever in history. I am really looking foreward to compete again, it’s been a long time since last comp. We start the summer GP with a mixed team comp in Courchevel, and the day after we will have the individual comp. Then we will move to Hinterzarten to have first the individual comp, and we end the summer GP with a mixed team competition. The schedule is at the bottom of this post  The team from Norway will be me, Anette and Synne

This week we had a traing camp in Lillehammer. It went okey, I was struggelig a bit with my inrun position, but I think I have a solution now. The jumping go better and better each day, and I think the last session was pretty good. So we will see how I will solve it in France

After a break of five weeks after Hinterzarten, the Ladies’ Summer Grand Prix will conclude inAlmaty,Kazakhstan on 22nd-23rd September. These last competitions might already give some more detailed information about the progress of the athletes’ summer preparations.

But on 7th – 9th of September it is Continental Cup in Lillehammer for Men and Ladies.

The start of the World Cup season on 23rd-24th November in Lillehammer (NOR) will still be a while, so every athlete will have to wait for the on-snow training to evaluate the level of performance
